​Rating: 1 / 5 Stars ⭐☆☆☆☆ Title: Severe Safety Hazard & Unacceptable Service – Found Metal Wire in Food! ​DO NOT EAT HERE. ​My family had an appalling and unsafe experience at this location. We were served our food on disposable paper plates with no proper silverware provided. To make matters infinitely worse, we found a sharp metal wire mixed into our fries—a piece of metal likely broken off from a grill or kitchen cleaning brush. ​My toddler was actively eating from those exact fries before we noticed it. Finding foreign, sharp metal objects in food is a major health and safety hazard. ​When I requested to speak with the manager regarding this dangerous discovery, he looked directly at me and refused to even walk over to our table to address the issue or apologize. ​We paid our bill in full and immediately walked out. Absolutely terrible customer service and dangerous kitchen standards. We will never return

Caveat - NOT a native Chicagoan, but a pizza lover nonetheless. Full stop - good pizza - exactly what it promises to deliver. But that’s it. Based on our experience, three of us comfortably ate an order of cheesy garlic bread (more about that in a second), and a 10” deep dish custom with sausage on half, green pepper on half, and pepperoni, onion, and extra cheese on whole. In hindsight, I wish I exercised restraint and ate only one slice, but that discussion is better reserved for a ChatGPT therapy session (side note - do NOT use that for therapy - baaad advice). I digressed. We followed the advice to preorder well AHEAD of time since the deep dish takes at least 45 minutes to make. Cheesy, saucy, crispy crusty delicious. I prefer my onion and green pepper to be softer, but that’s a to each his own kind of thing. The cheesy garlic bread was neither cheesy, nor garlicky, and it was only warm (not hot and cheese-pulls from the oven). The bread was soft and fluffy, so mid on the review for that. As for the atmosphere, it was just a bit run down. The open sign wasn’t working, and the right door didn’t work, but the rest of the signage was cute. Note to staff. You are super nice and he

Great service provided by Naihda, her smile and attention to us while at the restaurant make us feel berry welcomed, making oir experience a pleasant one. We order some wings and a deep dishe stuffed Pizza and was amazing. Wings were crispy and saucy. We recommend this place 100% we will come back and next time with the whole family.

We use to live in Chicago so husband was craving some pizza. Came here, we were seated quickly. Sat in booth, I got veggie pizza, husband got deep dish, daughter got gluten-free pizza and our otger daughter got chicken sandwich. We also got bruchetta it was yummy. Everything was delicious, the sandwich was very big. We for sure had food to take home.

The Good: You really can't beat the location. It's in a fantastic, convenient spot with a great vibe and excellent foot traffic. Perfect place to sit and people-watch. ​The Service: The service was just okay. It wasn't explicitly bad, but it wasn't particularly attentive or welcoming either. Very middle-of-the-road. ​The Food: Unfortunately, the pizza was pretty so-so. It lacked real flavor and didn't hit the mark for a great slice. If you’re dropping in just for the convenience and a drink, it’s fine, but don't go out of your way just for the food.
